นโยบายการคืนสินค้า และคืนเงิน

📌ทางร้านจะลงคิวคอนเฟิร์มออเดอร์หลังจากได้รับการชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน และได้รับการแจ้งชำระเงินพร้อมสลิปโอนเงินแล้วเท่านั้น

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

📌หลังจากที่คอนเฟิร์มออเดอร์แล้ว ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง, ยกเลิก หรือคืนเงินในทุกกรณี 

As our product is “Perishable Good”. After order confirmation, we reserve the right to change, cancel or refund in any case.

📌หากแจ้งเลื่อนรับเค้ก ต้องแจ้งเลื่อนก่อนวันรับเค้ก 3 วัน และสามารถเลื่อนรับออกไปได้ 14 วัน นับจากวันที่แจ้งรับ

In the case of a postponement, must be notify 3 days before receiving date and can be postponed 14 days from the receiving date.

นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้า

เนื่องจากการขนส่งสินค้า ทางร้านไม่ได้เป็นผู้จัดส่งเอง และไม่ได้เป็นผู้เก็บค่าบริการขนส่ง ทางร้านเพียงเป็นผู้ให้บริการความสะดวกในการประสานงาน เรียกรถจัดส่ง และชำระค่าจัดส่งให้กับบริษัทขนส่งให้เท่านั้น ทางร้านจึงไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบในกรณีที่สินค้าเสียหาย อันเนื่องมาจากความบกพร่อง ประมาท ของขนส่งในทุกกรณี ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากความผิดพลาดของขนส่งในทุกกรณี ขอคุณลูกค้าได้โปรดเข้าใจ และพิจารณา

As, we are not the delivery person and not the one who collects the transportation fee. We just provide service for customer convenience in order to coordinate and pay for shipping to the transport company. We cannot be held responsible in the event that the product is damaged. Due to defects, negligence of the transport in all cases. The shop reserves the right not to be responsible for damages due to transportation errors in any case. Customers please understand and consider.

🔴สินค้าที่จัดส่งผ่านทาง Lalamove, Robinhood หรือ Grab🔴

การรับสินค้าผ่านระบบขนส่งของแอพพลิเคชั่น Lalamove, Robinhood หรือ Grab ทางร้านได้ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของสินค้าก่อนออกจากร้านทุกรายการ และได้ทำการถ่ายรูปไว้เป็นหลักฐาน 

📌กรุณาตรวจเช็คสินค้า ก่อนจะรับสินค้า และ/หรือ ก่อนที่แมสเซ็นเจอร์จะกดจบงาน หากไม่เช็คสินค้าก่อนรับสินค้า จะมีผลในการพิจารณาการเคลมสินค้าจากบริษัทประกัน อาจจะไม่ผ่านการพิจารณา

Please check the product before receiving the product and/or before the messenger complete the order. If you don’t check the product before receiving the product this will effect in considering product claims from insurance companies and may not be considered.

📌หากสินค้าเสียหาย กรุณาแจ้งเคลมสินค้ากับบริษัทขนส่งได้ทันที หรือคุณลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งทางร้านเพื่อดำเนินการประสานแจ้งเคลมให้ได้ค่ะ

If the product is damaged please notify the product claim immediately with the transport company or the customer can inform us to coordinate and inform the claim to the transport company.

หากติดต่อผู้รับไม่ได้ ของจะถูกตีกลับมาที่ร้าน ซึ่งจะทำให้คุณลูกค้าได้รับของล่าช้า และต้องมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมในการตีของกลับมา และจัดส่งใหม่ หากสินค้าเสียหายจากการตีของกลับมา ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบในทุกกรณีค่ะ

If the recipient cannot be contacted. Items will be returned to the shop which will cause customers to receive items delayed and there must be an additional cost to return and delivery items. If the product is damaged by beating the item back we reserves the right not to be responsible in any case.

กรุณาตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของสินค้าก่อนออกจากร้าน หากสินค้าหรือบรรจุภัณฑ์เกิดความเสียภายหลังจากที่รับสินค้าออกจากทางร้านไปแล้ว ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่รับผิดชอบไม่ว่าในกรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น

Please check your order before leaving the shop. If the product or packaging is damaged after receiving the product from the shop. We reserves the right not to be responsible in any case.
